Systems. Structure.

Most people get the systems part. Pipeline board, lead follow-up, daily actions. That makes sense. That feels like real work.

The identity part? That’s where most agents check out.

Not because they don’t believe in mindset work. But because most mindset work is vague. Believe in yourself. Visualize success. Journal your feelings.

Cool. Now what?

The $10M Agent Operating System is different. The identity layer of this system is a set of specific, repeatable actual tools you use the same way you use your pipeline board.

Let me walk you through them.

The F*ck It Bucket

Real estate will break your heart on a Tuesday at 2pm with no warning.

Lost listing. Ghosted buyer. Deal fell apart at the table. Your friend listed with another Realtor.

Most agents carry that weight all day. All week. Some carry it all year. It shows up in their follow-up calls, hesitant, over explaining, slightly desperate. It shows up in their confidence on the next listing appointment. It compounds.

The rule: if it won’t matter in 5 years, don’t give it more than 5 minutes today.

Rejection. Ghosts. Lost listings. Unrealistic buyers all get a 60 second funeral. Drop it in the bucket. Move on. Resilience isn’t a feeling. It’s a system.

Sixty seconds. Name it, feel it, drop it. Done.

This isn’t toxic positivity. You’re not pretending it didn’t hurt. You’re choosing not to let Tuesday’s loss sabotage Wednesday’s call.

But the bucket comes with a requirement.

Every time you drop something in, you must add 10 things to the Jar of Awesome.

Not one. Ten.

Because the brain is lazy. Left alone it will find every piece of evidence that things are falling apart and completely ignore every piece of evidence that things are working. So we train against it on purpose.

Where you put your focus is a choice. The bucket doesn’t let you pretend the hard thing didn’t happen. The Jar makes sure it doesn’t get to run the whole show.

The Jar of Awesome

Here’s what I know about high producers: they are terrible at receiving their own wins.

They close a deal on Monday and by Wednesday they’re panicking about the next one. They get a five star review and scroll past it. Someone texts them “you are literally the best, I’m sending everyone I know to you” and they save it for half a second and never look at it again.

Every win. Every breakthrough. Every “you’re amazing” text from a client. It goes in the Jar.

You pull from it on hard days. You stack reminders of your power.

This is not about ego. This is about having evidence available when your brain starts lying to you. When the slow week hits and your inner critic starts making up stories about why you’re not cut out for this.

The jar is your rebuttal. It’s data. It’s proof. Use it.

Realtor Resistance Radar

Most agents live in emotional fog. One good day, they feel unstoppable. One bad week, they start looking for a backup plan and a W2 job. That’s not a business. That’s burnout on a timer.

What’s actually happening in those bad weeks isn’t a market problem or a lead problem. It’s resistance.

Resistance is the inner voice that shows up right before the important call. Right before you record the video. Right before you write the offer. It sounds like: I’ll do it later. I need more information. I’m not ready yet.

In the program, we name it. We track it.

No resistance. Low resistance. Medium resistance. High resistance. How are you showing up today?

That question alone changes everything. Because when you name it, you stop being ruled by it. You see it clearly. You know what you're working with. And then you go anyway.

We learn to recognize it as a signal, not a stop sign, but a signal that something important is about to happen.

The agents who hit $10M are not fearless. They are not more confident than you. They have just learned to move through the resistance instead of waiting for it to pass. Because it never passes. It just changes shape.

You don’t wait until you feel ready. You go. And you bring the resistance with you.

Masks

This one is harder to talk about and it might be the most important one.

A mask is the version of yourself you perform when you don’t trust the real one.

There are three masks I see most often in this business:

The Overwhelm Mask. Everything is urgent. The calendar is full. There’s always a fire. This agent is constantly in motion but never quite in control. Overwhelm becomes the identity and it’s a convenient reason to never sit down and do the one thing that would actually move the needle.

The Perfection Mask. The website isn’t ready yet. The script needs more practice. The video isn’t polished enough to post. This agent is getting ready to get ready. Perfection protects them from the vulnerability of actually being seen and being judged.

The Busy But Not Productive Mask. This one is the sneakiest. This agent has a full schedule, checks all the boxes, and somehow ends every week wondering why the pipeline didn’t move. Busy is comfortable. Productive is accountable. They look the same from the outside and feel completely different on the inside. Busy keeps you broke. Productive makes you money.

The mask is protective. It developed for a reason. But it also keeps you playing smaller than you are because you’re spending half your energy managing the performance instead of doing the work.

Part of what happens in the identity layer of this program is learning to see your masks clearly. Not to shame them. But to notice when you’re wearing one and to practice showing up as the actual $10M Agent you’re training to become, even before it feels natural.

Because the goal is an agent who can walk into any room, in any market, on any kind of day and execute.

Struggle Stories vs. Process and Proof Stories

Let’s talk about the words coming out of your mouth.

Because your words are either building your business or breaking it. Every single day.

Struggle stories sound like this:

“I’m overwhelmed.” “I’m bad at technology.” “It’s hard.” “I’m trying.”

Here’s the truth about struggle stories. They feel real. They feel honest. But they don’t open doors. They don’t book appointments. They don’t close deals. They don’t pay your bills.

They keep you stuck. And the more you say them, the more your brain believes them.

So we stop telling them here.

Process and proof stories sound different.

A process and proof story is simple. What did you do? What happened because you did it? That’s it.

“I made my calls today even though I didn’t feel like it. Two people want to meet this week.”

“I followed up for the fifth time. They said yes.”

“I updated my pipeline board. I found three deals I forgot about.”

See the difference? One story talks about how you feel. The other story talks about what you did. Feelings change. Actions stack up.

Assume it’s working. Show the steps. Have faith that the work works.

Here's mine: one extra deal from coaching is a 10x return on your investment. One deal you wouldn't have had without the system, the accountability, and the community. Everything after that is pure upside.

Now it’s your turn.

Drop a process and proof story in the comments. What did you do this week? What happened because you did it? Where is the proof showing up that the work is working.

I want to read every single one.

Why These Tools and Not Just “Mindset Work”

Your feelings are valid. They’re also unreliable. That’s why we use systems. When you’re flying high, the systems keep you grounded. When you’re discouraged, they remind you what’s working. When you’re unsure, they show you the next right step.

The F*ck It Bucket, the Jar of Awesome, resistance awareness, masks, process and proof stories, these aren’t warm and fuzzy extras bolted onto the real program.

They are the program.

Because you can have the perfect pipeline board and the perfect lead follow-up system and the perfect weekly schedule and still blow it. Still ghost yourself on the important calls. Still self sabotage the closing. Still undercharge. Still rebuild from zero every January.

Until the identity catches up to the system, the system won’t hold.

That’s the work. And it’s the most underestimated work in this business.

If You Want to See All of It Together

I open up a free Info Zoom on Mondays at 1PM ET where I walk through the full $10M Agent Operating System. The pipeline tools, the identity layer, the structure, and what it actually looks like to install all of it into a real business.

No pitch pressure. No fluff. It was never motivation. And it was never the market.

The difference was this: they stopped winging it.

They put a system in place that told them what to do even on days they didn’t feel like it. They installed an operating system into their business, and then into themselves.

That’s what I call the $10M Agent Operating System. And it runs on three things.

1. Identity

This isn’t motivational fluff. Identity is a trainable skill.

$10M Agents track wins. They move past losses fast. They win their days personally and professionally. They know how to spot resistance and work through it instead of disappearing when things get hard.

Most agents never build the identity required to hold $10M in production. They get close, then self sabotage. They get busy, then drift. They have a great month, then fall apart.

$10M Agents stop being surprised by success because they’ve trained for it. They’ve installed it.

You don’t drift into $10M. You build the person who can hold it.

2. Systems

Here are the five daily jobs of a $10M Agent, and most agents avoid at least three of them:

Lead Generation. Lead Follow-Up. Appointments. Negotiations. Scripts & Role Play.

No fluff. No guessing. Just execution.

$10M Agents run a Sales Pipeline Board not to feel organized, but to own their pipeline every single day. They follow up at least 9 times in 2 weeks. They lead the process instead of reacting to it.

They also build Safety Nets so no single source of business can take them down. Their Sphere of Influence (SOI). Open Houses as a prospecting system. Digital Door knocking and social media with purpose. A Top 50 referral machine that keeps relationships alive at scale.

When one channel slows, another carries them.

And they track it all with a Daily Money Index™ so they catch drift early, correct fast, and stay out of “busy but broke” cycles for good.

3. Structure

Structure isn’t restrictive. It’s freeing.

$10M Agents don’t ask “What do I feel like doing today?”

They ask “What does the system require today?”

They operate from a Minimum Standard™ of non-negotiables that run even on bad days. They work in 90 Day Focus Blocks with clear targets. They keep a Shiny Objects List (also called the Not Right Now List) so new ideas don’t hijack their momentum.

And they anchor everything to a One Page Business Plan that’s signed, dated, and kept visible all year long. It includes their required outcomes, their lead sources, their dream clients, their weekly execution anchors, and critically, what they’re doing with the money they make.

Because the goal was never just $10M in sales volume.

Make It. Keep It. Invest It.

The end game is ownership.

Commissions are income. Rental properties and stock portfolios are wealth. The $10M Agent Operating System is built to get you to production and show you what to do with it, so you’re building a life, not just a grind.

Most agents never get there because they keep starting over. They chase tactics instead of building systems. They rely on motivation instead of installing structure.

That stops here.

Want to see exactly how it works?

Join me this Monday at 1PM ET for a free Info Zoom.

I’ll walk you through the full $10M Agent Operating System. The frameworks, the tools, the training structure, and whether it’s the right fit for where you are right now.

No pitch pressure. No fluff. Professionally. Quietly. Violently.
You will carry grief with you.
You will build grit inside it.
And you will have to release the guilt that tries to tell you it’s your fault they couldn’t climb.

Pro tip: If you want to keep climbing without burning out or breaking down, take inventory of the people in your life. This rule of thirds is straight from Tai Lopez, and if you ignore it, the mountain will teach you the hard way.

Split the people in your life evenly:

🧗‍♀️ 1/3 you’re dropping ropes for.
You’re helping them climb. Mentoring, coaching, pouring into them. This is service. It’s sacred. But it can’t be your whole circle. Too much of this, and you’ll feel drained, unseen, and unsupported.

🧗‍♀️ 1/3 you’re on the climb with.
These are your peers. The ones in the same season, building at the same pace. You trade war stories, celebrate wins, troubleshoot setbacks. This is where camaraderie, accountability, and growth live.

🧗‍♀️ 1/3 you’re receiving ropes from.
These are the rarest. The people ahead of you who are willing to pull you forward.
Mentors, expanders, guides. You don’t need many, and you do need them. Without this group, the climb gets heavy. You’ll feel like you have to invent the whole path, and that’s a fast track to burnout.

Too many people spend years stuck at one elevation because they’re only dropping ropes and never receiving them.
Balance is the key to sustainability.
And sustainability is the key to reaching your summit.

Some of you will make the first climb to $10M in one year.
Some, it’ll take ten.

“Never give up on a dream just because of the time it will take to accomplish it. The time will pass anyway.”
— Earl Nightingale ⏳✨

And while you climb, remember this:
People who are truly climbing understand what it takes.
They won’t judge your pace.
They’ll support it.
And they’ll drop ropes when they’re able.

You can’t go back for everyone.
You can’t shrink to stay palatable.
You can’t carry people who refuse to breathe for themselves.

You’re not cold.
You’re not selfish.
You’re just still climbing.
And that makes you rare.

That’s why I built my coaching community.
Not for tourists.
Not for talkers.
For true climbers.

So when it gets hard, and it will, remember this:
You don’t have to be perfect.
You just have to keep breathing.
You just have to keep climbing.

And I’ll see you at the top. ⛰️
Marissa

Subscribe to The Climb for real stories, steady footholds, and clarity for your next entrepreneurial elevation.
